• no account is considered private - staff and administrators reserve the right to access any account at any time for any reason

• account holders: when adding properties to our listings - you irrevocable grant My Real Estate Listing all rights
• account holders: when adding properties to our listings - you indicate that you are entitled to promote the property and have copyright permission for content.
• account holders: your account can be cancelled at any time for any reason without notification, either permanently or temporarily, with no refund or account credit.
• account holders: all purchases of subscriptions are leases of the My Real Estate Listing software - you do not purchase any products or rights to ownership
• account holders: if change of account ownership occurs, My Real Estate Listing must be notified within 14 days of that change.
• account holders: when adding photos to a listing, animated gifs are not permitted.
• account holders: advertisements cannot contain adult matierial or material of a pornographic nature.
• account holders: advertisements cannot contain misleading or deceitful information or tactics. Permanent account ban penalty will apply.
• account holders: are required to advertise in an appropriate, honest manner, with good character and legitimate intentions behind each listing.
• My Real Estate Listing reserves the right to modify or remove any listing at any time for any reason.
• My Real Estate Listing subscription fees DOES NOT cover internet service provider fees - these may incur extra costs to you - which you are responsible for - included but not limited to mobile data costs
• an internet connection is required for use of the services provided
• reselling of any My Real Estate Listing services is strictly prohibited.
• all decisions by My Real Estate Listing are final.
• My Real Estate Listing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Users acknlowledge that My Real Estate Listing only acts in the capacity of 3rd party internet service provider, and NOT in any real estate agent capacity.
• Users acknlowledge that that they will seek appropriate and qualified legal advice (i.e solicitor/real estate agents etc) BEFORE signing any document or leasing/selling their property.
• anything not covered in this terms of service agreement will be at the sole discretion of My Real Estate Listing

THE "My Real Estate Listing" WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE CONTAINED WITHIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
